BBA/MBA in Human Resource or related field
Experience:
- 2 to 3 years experience. Experience in healthcare industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in managing Recruitment process, Employee Relations and handling employee grievances
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and candidate coordination.
- Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, campus recruitment, and other innovative methods.
- Conduct preliminary HR interviews to assess candidate (skills, experience, and culture).
- Making reports of department activities on daily/ weekly/monthly basis, as required. Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances and Ensure timely communication of company policies, updates, and notices.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
- Prepare HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, experience, etc.) and Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and hospital policies.
- Maintain accurate records for audits and statutory inspections.
