  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration from any reputed university.

Experience:

  • At least 2 years of working experience in a human resource department from any reputed Development / Business organization. Skills: Ability to prepare HR documents both in Bengali and English language.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications specially excel and Ability to ensure the organization’s HR practices align with legal requirements.
  • Familiarity with labor laws, regulations, and HR compliance
  • Knowledge of recruitment and staffing processes

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as preparing HR reports, managing HR Database data, and processing employee documentation and Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection process.
  • Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback and Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
  • Compile monthly staff payroll and ensure timely disbursement is made by coordinating with Finance.
  • Prepare and present HR reports to management.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback from departing employees and identify areas for improvement.
