• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited institution.

Experience:

• Proven experience (6+ years) in architectural design and project management, preferably within the real estate or construction industry. Experience in mid to large-scale organizations.

Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and familiarity with Adobe Suite. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, building codes, and high-end material specifications. Design and Coordination: Coordinate with Architectural, Landscape, and Interior Design consultants. Support the design team and liaise with site teams during project execution until completion. Review technical drawings, specifications, lighting (interior and exterior), and FF&E packages to ensure alignment with design intent. Research and select materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures for projects. Handle project documentation and ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of suppliers, materials, and market trends in Dubai/UAE. Track and manage Design Change Requests (DCR), Confirmation of Verbal Instructions (CVI), Requests for Information (RFI), and “As Built” drawings. Attend weekly site visits and prepare progress reports for the Design Manager.
• Technical Expertise: Ensure designs comply with Dubai Building codes and local regulations. Stay informed about design codes, standards, and construction methods. Maintain databases, ensuring that all documents are stored correctly and in line with confidentiality policies.
• Creative Problem-Solving: Apply creative problem-solving skills to overcome project challenges. Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure design quality and project success
