Jobs Description: 

• Responsible for installing & performing minor repairs on computer hardware and peripherals
• Responsible for sending problematic hardware or defective products to vendor
• Responsible for testing of computers and ensuring that computers and software installation for in order
• Responsible for maintaining, identifying and solving any problem that effect computer system
• Responsible for maintenance and upgrading of computer system / other IT equipment and offering recommendations for upgrades.
• Responsible for troubleshooting problems and maintenance of computers
•  Ensure that problems are timely addressed as per priority level and appropriate measures are taken
