• Bachelor’s degree in CS 

Experience:

• At least 2 years of relevant IT Ops/support experience. Available for international and local travel up to 15% as needed. Hands-on experience with PA Audio and conferencing system. Hands on identifying IT issues and Fixes. Manage & track record Inventory

Jobs Responsibilities:

• Maintain record of assets (laptops/ desktops/ LED’s/ Printers/ other equipment etc.) 
• Setting up laptops & email account for new entrants.
• Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, in-person and remotely.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network issues on desktops, laptops, servers and peripherals and troubleshoot infrastructural issues, identify gray areas of network and find feasible solutions for new improvements.
• Maintain meeting rooms equipment, LEDs, Conferencing system.
• Maintain and manage PA System including mic, Speakers. Execute Planned Preventive Maintenance activity as per schedule. Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Maintain proper documentation of IT Assets and equipment in inventory management system and reconcile with physical inventory.
• Maintain track of licenses, domains, antivirus and other software’s etc.
