• Develop project plans, WBS, schedules, resource allocation, budget estimation, deliverables, risks, dependencies and timelines while managing project constraints.
• Lead end-to-end project management activities like project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, closure.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
• Conduct reviews and post project implementation review.
