Sindh Institute of Urology and Transplantation (SIUT), Karachi Qualification:
- 4 years university degree in IT / electronics or related field preferably ITIL training with CompTIA A+ or similar related certification
Experience:
- 3 years prior experience working in a customer service center across a global / large organization
- Excellent knowledge of supporting desktop PCs, peripherals, network in windows environment
- Knowledge / experience of working on servers / operating systems will be added advantage
