- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and servers.
- Perform system maintenance and updates, including installing patches and updates.
- Install and configure new hardware and software applications and monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure security and data protection policies are implemented and adhered to and document and maintain inventory of IT Assets, equipment, software licenses, etc.
