  • Bachelor’s degree (with a minimum of 14 years of education) in Computer Science / Information Technology/ Commerce from HEC recognized domestic or from a reputable foreign university

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience               

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support across a wide range of technology platforms (Windows, MacOS. iOS and Android).
  • Testing, configuration, installation and repair of IT related equipment along with support for Enterprise applications/ software in coordination with other IT teams. 
  • Support end point security standards (Antivirus/firewall/patching etc.). Provide onsite and remote support to all IT users including executives. Provide support for special events, Webinars and associated technology needs.
  • Identify, resolve and escalate issues where appropriate to IT Management or other IT teams to ensure issues are resolved with a sense of urgency.
  • Ensure compliance of Policies/SOPs against vulnerabilities in coordination with other teams and facilitate related audit observations.
  • Provide support for specialized applications such as SWIFT, Bloomberg and related areas.
  • Serve as IT Support resource for BCP Mock Exercises and oversee / perform updates on EUIT equipment at BCP sites.
  • Provide after hours and on-call support.
  • Develop and maintain support documentation.
