By Planning Commission Development & Initiative, Govt. Of Pakistan, Islamabad Qualification:
- Minimum BS – 16 years education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field experience from a reputable HEC-recognized university/institution.
- High Qualification will be preferred like (MS/ PhD)
Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of IT professional experience of handling IT projects. Experience in managing and coordinating between multiple government or public-sector agencies especially PSDP/ ADP projects.
- Familiarity with public sector development projects, especially PSDP cycles and government planning frameworks will be a plus.
- Good understanding of ICT policy, e-Governance frameworks, and national digital strategies.
Roles & Regulations:
- Act as the primary liaison between the (EIS&C/ ICT Section) and the IT Wing, ensuring smooth coordination and communication.
- Facilitate technical reviews and support in the preparation of working papers for CDWP and summaries for ECNEC.
- Support the preparation of PSDP (IT Sector) proposals, annual plans, 5-year plans, and vision documents for ICT development.
- Monitor and review PSDP-funded ICT projects, providing technical feedback and progress analysis.
- Ensure timely follow-up on issues, coordination meetings, and compliance with reporting requirements. Handle correspondence, briefings, and technical clarifications related to ICT projects.
