- BS or equivalent (16 years of education) in Computer Science, Information Technology, from HEC recognized (local or foreign) institution.
Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably including: Full-stack software development and enterprise application lifecycle management. System analysis, design, testing, deployment, and support of web-enabled and client-server applications. Leading teams in software development, system implementation, or public sector IT transformation initiatives.
- Proven hands-on expertise in ASP .NET, database management, and software architecture design. Strong understanding of data analytics, report writing, and business intelligence tools. Working knowledge of modern software tools and stacks, including: Cloud platforms: AWS Lambda, Azure Functions (preferred), AI/ML tools integration, Data visualization: Power BI, Tableau, API and backend integration: GraphQL, Python / Java, OAuth2, JWT, Databases: SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL), NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis)
Roles & Regulations:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of the Integrated Project Automation System (iPAS), ensuring alignment with strategic project monitoring goals.
- Study and re-engineer existing business processes to improve efficiency, transparency, and eliminate redundancies across the system. Provide continuous technical input and hands-on support across all stages of the software development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, development and deployment.
- Oversee the design and rollout of new software modules, mobile applications, and advanced analytical dashboards for project monitoring. Design and implement data collection systems, databases, and analytics strategies to optimize quality and statistical efficiency. Interpret complex data sets, identify trends and patterns, and prepare actionable reports.
- Clean and validate data by reviewing code, reports, and performance indicators and Document system architecture, workflows, and changes in software and Record business processes and ensure their integration into the software.
