Joint Director Law-Islamabad

For a public sector organization, Islamabad                                            Qualification:

• LLB or equivalent from an HEC recognized institution.
• Preference will be given to LLM or Bar-at-Law or PhD in Law

Experience:

• Minimum 08 Years of experience in law practice and/or working as in-house counsel or legal consultant is required
• Demonstrated experience in opinion writing, corporate, commercial, taxation and insurance issues
• Demonstrated understanding of dispute resolution mechanism
• Exposure to commercial, financial, construction and concession agreements and associated documents
• Exposure to regulatory laws and issues of the energy/power industry and ability in handling local international complex commercial litigation and arbitrations
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint knowledge and skills to us MS Excel will be given due weightage
