Joint Director Planning & Procurement

By Private Power and Infrastructure Board, Ministry of Energy-Power Division, Govt, of Pakistan, Islamabad            Qualification:

• Professional degree (4-years Bachelor’s Degree in engineering (electrical / electronics / mechanical / energy from an HEC recognized local / foreign institution with additional qualifications in economics / finance or energy management and knowledge of planning applications / software would be advantageous

Experience:

• Minimum of 08 year’s of relevant experience
• Experience in power planning, modeling, acquisition, load forecasting and demand / supply analysis
• Expertise in coordinating with power/energy sector entities with strong analytical and report writing skills

Jobs Responsibilities:

• Consultations with SOLRs to estimate capacity/energy obligations and preparation of power procurement programs/plans in accordance with the CTBCM regime
• Provide support in executing relevant IAA functions of PPIB in the context of CTBCM
