By Human Resource Solutions International (HRSI) for a Karachi-based company Qualification:
- Minimum 16 years of education, preferably Master’s from a renowned HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution, preferably in Marketing/Sales or a related field
Experience:
- Preferably 3-4 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 1-2 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position or in one level below position.
- Capacity to understand all sales functional areas i.e. Sales Development, Customer relationship, Distribution handling with Prior experience in B2B or B2C sales will be a plus Experience in the petroleum industry is also preferred
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Retain existing sales volume and acquire new business accounts to enhance profitability
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of key account needs and establish trusting relationships with clients
- Managing communications between key clients and internal teams and Ensure execution of POL supplies on receipt of customer orders, requirements and demand to ensure smooth marketing activities.
- Ensure all Customer queries are responded within time
- Coordination & Liaison with stakeholders (Internal & External) to ensure smooth execution of POL supplies
- Conduct regular / planned field visits to customer’s sites to resolve customer related issues and for negotiations of business deals and etc.
- Reconciliation of customer accounts and follow up with customers to ensure recovery of outstanding amounts if any and Compliance of all SOPs, HSE procedures, management guidelines, rules and regulations to ensure safe and smooth marketing activities
