Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 2 Years post qualification experience
- Skills: Circuit design & analysis. Power systems (generation, transmission, distribution). Testing & troubleshooting electrical equipment. Protection systems (relays, circuit breakers).
- Industrial safety and compliance (NEC, IEEE standards).
- Project management & technical documentation
Job Responsibilities:
- Take complete ownership of the factory’s electrical systems, from power generation and distribution to machinery control and automation. Oversee the design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all electrical systems and equipment.
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of electrical systems, including motors, transformers, and switch gear.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance for all factory equipment and machinery.
- Diagnose and repair issues in electrical control systems, wiring, and lighting and Optimize electrical performance to ensure efficiency and minimize operational costs.
- Develop preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team members’ skills and technical knowledge.
- Advanced knowledge of instrumentation, automation technologies (PLC, SCADA). Ensure adherence to electrical safety standards and factory protocols.
- Maintain comprehensive records of electrical systems, including maintenance logs, inspection reports, and technical documents.
