Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely disbursement of funds to projects for smooth functioning and Ensure recommended minimum level of funds (Closing balance must not be greater than average monthly cost) at project level and deposit of surplus funds from projects to Head office account. Report must be submitted to Manager Finance. Preparation of Monthly cash demand from head office. Management of funds at Health Finance.
  • Review Monthly Bank reconciliation at Health Finance.
  • Ensuring tax compliance at Head office level (Deduction at applicable rates, CPR generation and submission of tax). Ensuring communication of tax updates to projects and ensuring compliance.
  • Consolidation of tax data and coordination with periodic data. Ensuring review and accuracy for all JVs & RVs posted by AF-JV & RV.
  • Ensure payments are processed not later than 7 Days of payment request. External Audit coordination.
  • Verification of Cheques issued (Rent, Supplier, FSA etc)
