By Human Resource Solutions International (HRSI) for a Karachi-based company Qualification:
- Minimum 16 years of education, preferably Master’s from a renowned HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution, preferably in Marketing/Sales or a related field
Experience:
- Preferably 3-7 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 2-5 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position or in one level below position.
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Analytical skills to conduct and interpret business analyses Proficiency in relevant software and tools
- Capacity to understand all sales functional areas i.e. Sales Development,
- Customer relationship, Distribution handling Prior experience in B2B or B2C sales will be a plus
- Experience in the petroleum industry is also preferred
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Track sales performance, develop reports, and distribute area-wise targets.
- Ensure sales targets for retail and high street areas are met Motivate dealers to meet monthly targets and improve performance at underperforming sites
- Prepare Daily Sales Control Sheets and monitor retail outlet performance in your territory
- Visit markets and distribution setups to ensure TSOs, Distributors, and DSFs meet company standards
- Compile budget expense data and prepare status reports for comparison with planned activities
- Ensure all POL products are sold at announced rates, maintaining 100% quality and quantity standards
- Conduct monthly stock variation checks at every outlet to ensure availability Conduct customer service and safety training for outlet staff
