- Minimum Diploma in Chemical Engineering or other related discipline required.
Experience:
- Minimum of three years working experience in Oleo-chemical / Chemical Process or Food Manufacturing industry. Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality System, ISO14001, GMP, HACCP & 5S is an advantage. Should be able to demonstrate general knowledge of PCs and common software. High level of proficiency in English – both written and spoken
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for in-process quality monitoring during the shift, assist in the planning of contract labour for production lines and Oversee the finishing lines in order to ensure that all schedules are met.
- Ensure Halal / Kosher requirements are met during the production runs,
- Ensure proper manpower utilization and arrange backup for day to day operation. Complete routine checklist and monthly checklist as required by the QMS.
- Plan for resources for production in daily basic and follow up on ad-hoc activity require such as rework, blending
