Krah Operator (large diameter plastic pipes)-Manama, Bahrain

• Diploma (Technical training or
• certification in machine operation or plastic manufacturing)  

Experience:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience operating Krah machinery in a plastic manufacturing environment, preferably with experience in plastic extrusion or injection molding.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.                         

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate Krah machinery for the production of large-diameter plastic pipes. Ensure accurate calibration, machine alignment, and efficient operation throughout the production process.
• Monitor the production process, adjusting machine settings as needed to maintain consistent product quality and minimize waste.
• Load raw materials into the machine and ensure a continuous supply of materials during the production process.
• Handle materials safely and efficiently to avoid contamination or damage. Identify and resolve issues during the production process, including machine malfunctions, material defects, or operational inefficiencies. Maintain accurate records of production data, including machine settings, output, and maintenance activities.
