Jobs Description:

• Testing incoming raw materials, finished product and water samples for microbiological parameters as well as chemical analysis of treated waste water and sludge.

• Conducting Swab Tests for Food Contact Surfaces & workers hands as well as Environmental Air.

• Testing the Physical, Chemical and Microbiological parameters of water used in the facility and Conducting the internal shelf life studies.

• Monitoring the “incoming raw materials as well as packing materials” and maintaining the OPRPs records of the same and Arranging for the internal and external instruments calibration.

• Keeping a track of all reagents and chemicals & ensuring that measures regarding chemicals security have been properly taken.
