LDI Operations Executive

• Masters/Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university

Experience:

• Must have 2-3 years of experience at similar position.
• Must have good command on MS Office.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to back company management in C-Level negotiations

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• First point of contact for LDI operations.
• Client engagement & management.
• Improve customer experience.
• Proactive resolution of queries.
• Strong liaison with cross functional teams i.e. business development, technical and accounts.
• Streamline and document LDI processes in form of department SOPs and Contract management, from signing and archiving to ensuring that live operations are in line with contractual clauses.
• Reporting sale, traffic trends and targets and Record keeping
