• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• (Master’s degree preferred).                                   

Experience & Skills:

• 5+ years of demand and integrated marketing experience
• Proficient in Google Docs used for data analysis and written communication. Experience with digital marketing, SEO, content marketing, and social media strategies.
• Proficiency with marketing analytics tools and data-driven decision-making. Strong project management and budget management skills  

Jobs Responsibilities:

• Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI.
• Continuously analyze marketing performance and make adjustments as necessary. Implement data-driven decision-making by establishing KPIs and using analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
• Optimize lead generation and conversion strategies to maximize revenue. Shape and maintain the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives.
• Develop and execute outbound marketing campaigns such as cold emailing, cold calling, direct email, social media advertising, search engine advertising, display advertising such video & images, public relations, events & conferences, partnerships & sponsorships and thought leadership by creating & sharing valuable content, speaking at events, or writing blogs post that align with our overall marketing strategy and can attract qualified leads.
• Good to have familiarity with the required tools such as; (MailChimp, Active Campaigns, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Zoho Social, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, Clearbit, Apollo, Outreach, SalesLoft, Yesware, Canva, Adobe Creative, Cloud Google Analytics, Power BI, Google Looker, Hubspot, Zoho CRM)
