  • Graduate in Instrumentation / Electrical Engineering.

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in construction industry mainly in oil, gas and petrochemical industry.
  • Confident negotiator and ability to close the deal.
  • Strong client management skills and ability to keep promises. Strong presentation skills including communication skills in all forms written, oral etc.
  • Experienced in one or more of Chemical / Petrochemical / Fertilizer industries with ON/OFF Shore exposure

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the interface between the project team, third parties, Client and other Contractors for smooth flow information transfer and interface agreements.
  • Prepare interface management registers, procedures and execution plans. Issues status reports clearly identifying any potential issues that may impact delivery of milestones. Obtain required data input into design process to maximize efficiency in the delivery of project design deliverables.
  • Maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders to avoid disputes and conflicts.
  • Identification of issues with potential for impact to cost or schedule to minimize or remove their impact and promote clear, accurate, timely, and consistent communication with other organizations for exchanging interface with its scheduled project tasks.
  • Engineering drawings, specifications, design reports and calculations, equipment details and project schedule information. 
  • Presenting QCON to potential clients through direct communication in face-to-face meeting, telephone calls and other modes of communication.
  • Ensure department’s compliance with the Company’s established policy and procedures, including HSE, Quality and Human Resources, its ISO accreditation, Qatari legislation and client requirements.
  • Ensure all department activities are performed safely, productively, in the most efficient and cost-effective manner, and continually seek improvements in the work systems. Presenting QCON to potential clients through direct communication in face-to-face meeting, telephone calls and other modes of communication.
  • Ensure department’s compliance with the Company’s established policy and procedures, including HSE, Quality and Human Resources, its ISO accreditation, Qatari legislation and client requirements.
