For Institute of Business Administration, Karachi                         Qualification:

  • At least Bachelors degree or Associate Degree (14 years of education) from HEC recognized University / Institute with good academic record.   

Experience:

  • 2 years of experience of working in any office settings or academic library environment, preferred but not compulsory.  Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to work at any campus location, in evenings, and even at weekend.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the arrangements, shelving and displaying library materials like books, newspapers, periodicals (both loose and bound) and new arrivals etc.
  • Perform duties at circulation desk and resolve basic level of procedural issues that library users can run across and Handle/answer routine queries, and if necessary, direct users to librarians for expert assistance. Help in maintaining library equipment such as photocopiers, scanners, and computers, and train users how to use them appropriately
