For Institute of Business Administration, Karachi Qualification:

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Look after road travel and international and national flight booking for trainers, co-trainers, staff, faculty, participants of the workshops and training.
- Look after accommodation and hospitality at hotels / guest houses in Karachi and across Pakistan for trainers, co-trainers, staff, faculty, participants of the workshops and training.
- Arrange venue for the events: workshops and trainings in Karachi and across Pakistan.
- Deal with the vendors: travel agents, rental car service providers, hotels, photocopier, photographers, and printers to seek for best quoted and reasonable services.
- Procure program materials for the workshops.
- Arrange meal, refreshments for the guests and participants of the workshop and other programs.
- Collect bills/invoices from vendors and process for payments. Prepare quarterly and program wise logistics report.
