  • Minimum 16 years of education preferably masters from a renowned HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or any related field

Experience:

  • Minimum 6-7 years of professional experience preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 2-5 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position or in one level below position.
  • Strong background in commercial business development, a deep understanding of the renewable energy industry, and a proven track record of successfully closing deals and Strong knowledge of renewable products, systems, and industry trends.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and engaging potential clients, building the sales pipeline and forecasting and reporting revenue growth and Responsible for developing commercially viable solutions for the Company, clients and all other stakeholders.
  • Delivering intro sales pitches to new clients, developing client-specific proposals, contract and pricing negotiation and Winning renewals and upsells with account management team
  • Manage entire Customer relationship management cycle including but not limited to commercial terms and agreements and commercial negotiations with stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present budget proposals, sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the supervisor providing insights and recommendations for improvements
