Job responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and enhance the ERM and Operational Risk Management frameworks, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements. Oversee Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA), Risk Registers, Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), and Loss Event Data tracking. Lead the Fraud Risk Management process — including fraud risk assessments, control reviews, trend monitoring, and coordination with relevant stakeholders for investigation and mitigation. Implement proactive operational and fraud risk controls across business, operations, and digital channels.
- Oversee information security, cyber, vendor, and data risk assessments to strengthen control effectiveness.
- Monitor ESG and reputational risks and integrate these into enterprise risk reporting.
- Prepare ERM dashboards, risk appetite monitoring reports, and Board-level risk presentations. Conduct scenario analysis, stress testing, and risk awareness sessions to strengthen risk culture.
