• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, economics, law, or engineering from reputable local or foreign Institutions/Universities, recognized by the Higher Education of Pakistan.

Experience:   

• Minimum of 14 years of relevant experience.                         

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the effective management of the company’s interface with government institutions and regulatory bodies by developing and executing comprehensive engagement strategies and able to lead development and implementation of government and regulatory engagement frameworks aligned with corporate objectives and legal obligations.
• Capable of monitoring legislative and policy developments across relevant sectors (including energy, mining, and national infrastructure) and evaluate their implications for the company. Able to represent the company in high-level engagements with regulatory authorities, government departments, and multi-stakeholder forums.
• Able to cultivate strategic relationships with federal/provincial institutions, regulatory agencies (e.g., MOE, OGRA, NEPRA, SECP), and industry consortia to promote regulatory alignment and operational facilitation.
• Capable of providing strategic advice on emerging risks, compliance challenges, and sectoral reforms, ensuring proactive mitigation and institutional facilitation.
• Capable of coordinating cross-functional collaboration on regulatory affairs, ensuring timely alignment and adherence across legal, operations, and business units.
• Able to deliver internal advisory briefs, stakeholder mapping, and position papers to support decision-making at the executive level.
