• 10+ years’ experience of a multinational company in HRM or a similar role and experience aligning with HR global structure and local laws
• Experience with companies over 250 employee

Jobs Description:

• Lead and manage recruitment, on-boarding, performance management, employee relations and compliance
• Design and implement HR strategies/policies, aligned with company goals and culture
• Partner with business leaders to support organizational development and workforce planning
• Foster a +ve and engaging work environment through HR initiatives and employee engagement program
• Monitor HR metrics and drive continuous improvement in HR processes
