- At least 04 years of relevant experience. .
Job Responsibilities:
- Organize inventory checks to ensure reconciliation between physical and book balances of inventory stock in coordination with Stores in-charge and Information Technology department, to resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain updated and accurate aging records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts including store’s loan account.
- Review documentation and monitor product codes to search for discrepancies; troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records.
- Develop financial inventory reports for review by senior management as and when required.
- Review monthly/ quarterly statements pertaining to inventory and Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiency and Prepare, generate, and file financial inventory reports; review reports monthly with management. Facilitate Regulatory Affairs Department pertaining to Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) templates related to Accounts Department as per prescribed guidance
