Experience:
- 6 to 8 years experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day laboratory operations and ensure smooth workflow. Review, update and implement departmental policies in line with Joint Commission / ISO standards.
- Oversee compliance with regulatory laws, safety protocols and infection control practices.
- Develop and monitor departmental budgets and cost-effective processes and Lead staff training, professional development, and succession planning initiatives.
- Ensure effective orientation, induction, and performance monitoring of staff. Supervise quality assurance, phlebotomy, reception services, and laboratory equipment maintenance.
- Interact with patients and resolve complaints promptly while ensuring quality service delivery.
- Engage with vendors to evaluate advanced technologies and ensure timely availability of test kits and supplies.
