Pakistan National Shipping corporation (PNSC), Karachi                  Qualification:

• LLB, preferably LLM from HEC recognized institute or foreign qualification in Law from a reputable institute also duly recognized by HEC.

Experience: 

• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in a reputable company / Law firm.
• Preference will be given to candidate having: Knowledge of Shipping Laws, Admiralty jurisdiction, Merchant Shipping Ordinance, well-versed in MLC-2006, SOLAS, STCW, International Procurement, Law of sea, International Arbitration also having updated knowledge of legislation on ship arrest / registration under respective conventions.
• Experience of Industrial relations particularly Marine Insurance matter.
• Experience of handling Legal matters of shipping office, MMD, Ministry of Maritime Affairs.
