Experience:

• at least 4 years working experience in Government / Semi Government Organization, procurement process with knowledge of PPRA Rules and Government Policies/SROs  

Job Responsibilities:

• Check & ensure timely preparation of Commercial Evaluation after receipt of technical evaluation & placement of LOIs/POs and SPOs. Ensure compliance of PPRA Rules at all stages.
• Prioritize and assign different cases to sub-ordinates keeping in view the urgency of the cases.
• Supervise/preparation of contracts. Execution of Contracts as per Tender terms & conditions. Release & resolving Bid Bond & PBG related matters and Creation of Purchase requisitions in Oracle ERP. Enlistment of suppliers in Oracle ERP and  Management and Creation of item code in item master and Correspondence within organization to resolve various queries and ensure compliance to PPRA rules, SOPs and Management Directives.
• Check and validate Proprietary approvals. Check and validate Pre-Qualification criteria
