- MS in Medical Imaging technology
Experience:
- 7 to 8 years experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, implement, and continuously improve radiology functions and processes under departmental head’s direction.
- Ensure utilities, facilities, and radiology services are well maintained and operational. Oversee competency-based orientation for new staff and maintain employee files.
- Conduct monthly audits of radiology facilities and equipment. Address complaints from consultants, staff, patients, and attendants, ensuring timely resolution.
- Prepare and monitor purchase requisitions, coordinate with Purchase Department, and ensure timely supply of materials.
- Supervise maintenance, calibration, and training for radiology equipment and staff.
- Act as Safety Coordinator and ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
- Prepare weekly/monthly departmental reports and assist in staff performance reviews and Interact with vendors/suppliers to evaluate advanced technologies and equipment.
- Manage leave and attendance rosters, requisition forms, charge masters and reporting formats.
