• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree (equivalent to 16 years of education) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics or a related field from HEC    

Experience:

• Minimum 03-years’ experience in business development role.    
• Advance knowledge of sales techniques prevalent in financial industry. Eager to expand business with new accounts/clients       

Jobs Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the mortgage industry, including lead generation and market research.
• Develop and implement a business development strategy and sales plan to achieve company objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as real estate agents, builders, financial institutions, and other referral sources. Collaborate with the Credit underwriting and processing teams to ensure a smooth and efficient loan origination process.
