Pakistan National Shipping Corporation, Karachi Qualification:
- BE (Electrical) from HEC recognized university and registered with PEC or any local / International professional / statutory body.
- Master’s degree from HEC recognized university will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience including 5 years in managerial capacity in operations & maintenance of HVAC, lifts, generators, MEP works related to estate management & other building systems specially in high-rise buildings.
Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintenance of PNSC Building, Muhammadi House & Old Ralli Building. Maintenance and repair of Central Air Conditioning plant together with its associated machinery and equipment.
- Maintenance and repairs of electrical installation including transformers, generators, switchgears, HT/LT panel, electrical instruments, and appliances, public address system and procurement of accessories where necessary.
- Operation and maintenance of passengers and cargo lifts.
- Ensure power supply to tenants through sub-meters and ensure timely billing and recoveries against their respective power consumption and Maintenance of gas/water supply, drainage, sewerage and sanitary systems at PNSC off shore assets.
- Arrangement of janitorial services through in-house staff/ contractor and fumigation services including anti-termite treatment and rodent control and supply of toiletries to various departments of PNSC.
