Experience:
- 4 – 5 years of related experience in treasury & financial reporting in a manufacturing concern/bank
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Timely execution of investment decisions / directives by Board Investment and Risk Management Committee (BIRC), ensuring compliance to laws and regulations.
- Treasury Management including liaison with banks for negotiations of interest rates, renewal of banking facilities, opening & retirement of LCs etc.
- Financial reporting, budgetary control, forecasting, analysis and interpretation of variance reports.
- Cash Flow management including investment of surplus funds and timely execution of payments to suppliers, employees etc.
- Preparation & presentation of risk register of the Company and Preparation of data for Awards, Annual reports and Corporate Briefing Session.
