• BBA Business Management / Marketing

Experience: 

• 1 to 3 years experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Actively contribute to marketing campaigns by developing content for collateral (brochures, flyers, web), coordinating with designers, and liaising with printers to ensure quality.
• Develop and execute action plans for Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC), including email, SMS, web marketing, and direct mail campaigns. Collect, analyze, and report on key data to monitor departmental KPIs, and maintain an updated directory of external physicians.
• Handle key departmental operational tasks, including managing requisitions, tracking vendor payments, and maintaining the inventory of marketing materials.
• Maintain detailed logs and reports for all printing materials, vendor payments, and weekly/monthly marketing activities.
• Provide comprehensive assistance to the Marketing Department in preparing communication tools and implementing various programs.
• Manage departmental administrative duties, including supervising the leave and attendance roster and maintaining team calendars.
• Handle routine and special assignments independently with limited supervision, demonstrating efficient time management and prioritization skills. .
