Experience:
- 5 to 8 years of experience including minimum 5+ years of similar civil works experience in UAE is must.
Job Responsibilities:
- Attending Masonry related RM work orders as per customers request and ensuring the same is being addressed and resolved on time as per our standard SLA and TAT.
- Masonry scope for inspection includes – floor tiles replacement, Sanitary ware replacement, vacant units refurbishments, or reinstatements, regrouting of tiles, pavers and kerstones etc.
- Carrying out condition survey inspections for all vacant units during customers move in and move out and ensuring all the units are reinstated and well maintained.
- Constructing and repairing structures using bricks, concrete blocks, and other materials.
- Ensuring the routine maintenance checks are carried out for all the common area masonry issues and assessing the conditions across all portfolios
