- Achievement of agreed sales targets within the defined territory/time frame and implementation of marketing strategies resulting in Return On Investment (ROI)
- Good rapport with the Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- Regular updating of product/disease knowledge, selling skills and achievement of satisfactory quiz marks and new customer identification and development
