  • Master’s degree in public health, Social Science, Economics, Epidemiology, International Development, or other related fields     

Experience:

  •  At least 4-5 years of relevant research experience.
  • A background in leading, coordinating, and implementing research activities in low-middle-income countries is highly preferable Skills:
  • Proficiency in Stata / R. Organized and detail-oriented, and problem-solver with analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Available for local travel up to 20% as needed
  • Strengthen and lead the monitoring and inspection procedures of mobile conditional cash transfer programs (mCCTs) in the selected districts of Sindh

Jobs Responsibilities:

  • Monitor all project activities and progress towards achieving the project output and recommend further improvement of the monitoring framework.
  • Lead in the tracking of key monitoring indicators and monitor overall progress on achievement of results.
  • Suggest strategies to the project management for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the project by identifying bottlenecks in completing project activities and developing plans to minimize or eliminate such bottlenecks.
  • Provide inputs, information, and statistics for quarterly, annual, and other reports to the project management team.
  • Lead the development of the dashboard using monitoring data collected through monitoring activities
  • Supervise the Helpline Operator’s activities with the Monitoring Associate to ensure the quality and completeness of the information collected.
  • Delivery of presentation of monitoring findings to the team. Supervise and approve reports on investigations conducted by the district field team.
  • Prevent any form of theft by performing data triangulation, cross-checks, and validation through Sindh Electronic Immunization Registry (SEIR) and facility-based registers on a biweekly basis.
  • Conduct a literature search for similar programs and support in the writing of the manuscripts.
  • Track all project inputs and activities on the project timeline and protocol to minimize delays, develop alternative plans if needed, and address errors or lapses. Ability to travel (up to 50%)
