Experience:
- 5 to 7 years of experience including minimum 5 years of experience as a Multi Technician, with a focus on residential buildings. Technical proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various technical systems, including chillers.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Flexibility to work full-time on-site in Dubai
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure the overall maintenance and functionality of residential buildings and perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on various technical systems within residential buildings, including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and chiller systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, collaborating with other technicians as needed.
- Leverage your chiller background to address specific maintenance and repair needs related to chiller systems.
- Demonstrate proficiency in diagnosing and repairing a range of technical systems commonly found in residential buildings and adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines during maintenance activities.
- Ensure that work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
