  • Any Graduation

Experience:

  • 04 years’ experience working in a similar role in a multi-disciplinary environment. Technical Competencies: Taking dictation in shorthand with minimum speed 100 words per minute and conversion into long hand (Typing speed 50 wpm)
  • Should have strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc. Good command in written and spoken English       

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Managing the office Secretarial works including correspondence, communication and phone queries etc.
  • Facilitate Communication and coordination inside/outside. Checking of the incoming correspondence, sorting out and drafting the replies under the advice of the respective line manager. Planning, maintaining and coordinating the meetings schedule and related correspondence.
  • Develop, implement & maintain a filing system for all business records. Coordinate within/outside the Company on various secretarial related matters. Maintaining and updating the related record head of department i.e. Travel, Petrol, and Maintenance,
  • Miscellaneous etc. Arranges travel plans and itineraries for executives tours for business meeting.
