Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Consult with managers and supervisors to assess training needs and organize programs to match these needs.
  • Continually evaluate procedures to monitor and analyze course effectiveness. Coordinate and schedule training programs from a variety of resources; research, evaluate and select consultants and trainers to meet training needs as appropriate. (All IHHN campuses).
  • Develop methods, procedures and systems to evaluate and measure the effectiveness of training and development programs.
  • Plan, design, and configure an employee-focused Learning Management System (LMS) aligned with organizational needs.
  • Upload, organize, and maintain e-learning modules, videos, documents, and assessments.
