- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration or equivalent. Certification: Black Belt in Six Sigma, Master Black Belt is preferred.
Experience:
- Five (5) years of relevant experience
- Skills: Process Improvement & Optimization.
- Quality Management. Cost Analysis. Technical Data Management. Technical studies, Documentation and Resolutions. MS office applications.
Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate standards, processes, practices, benchmark and develop continuous improvement excellence programs.
- Suggest solutions to fill the gaps and Plan and implement various operational excellence programs.
- Perform duties in compliance with YASREF strategies and operational priorities (profit, safety, reliability, and environmental requirements).
