Operations Coordinator-Abu Dhabi, UAE

• Degree or equivalent  

Experience:

• 05 to 10 years’ of experience including minimum 5 years relevant experience in UAE preferably in oil and gas sector.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• A – PRINCIPAL RESPOSIBILITIES: Focal point of contact for employees for all operational requirements. Responsible for all in-country movements by coordinating with customers, internal stake holders, employees, drivers etc. in accordance to the operational requirements. Support in process for new application, renew, maintain records and track optima cards, third party training records, port passes and any other documents related to the customer requirements. Support to maintain the tracker for PPE issuance for each employee and request procurement for the issuance in accordance to the contractual requirements for various contracts. Support to maintain the tracker for site specific medical and request the concerned service providers for appointments in accordance to the expiry of medical.       B – PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Ensure that priority is given to the internal customer’s complaints, and view such complaints as opportunities to build the trust of the said customers. Keep a close relationship with internal customers to enhance their trust. Create an environment that consistently provides high levels of service to our internal customers and, generally speaking, to the stakeholders. Ensure that relevant actions are undertaken timely to avoid overdue.      Assets management: Ensure optimum use and care of the company properties.
