Candidates will have to pay the cost of visa application and arrange for relocation, travel etc. with or without family.                                                                                                               Salary: USD 4,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

  • Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in business administration or a related administrative services field is required.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience at a professional level in business administration, finance or administrative services are usually required.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services.
  • Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within establishment.
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff.
  • Interview, hire and provide training for staff. Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a department providing a single administrative service or several administrative services.
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services
