Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in an operations or administrative role.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or service industry. Preferred Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of operational procedures and best practices. Familiarity with ERP systems or operations software tools.
- Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations
Jobs Description:
- Monitor operational performance and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations. Coordinate with internal departments (HR, Logistics, Procurement, etc.) to maintain a seamless workflow.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to operations.
- Address operational issues promptly and effectively. Supervise staff schedules, attendance, and task allocation when required.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the Operations Manager.
