Operations Supervisor-Manama, Bahrain

Any Graduation / Degree holder                                              

Experience:

• Substantial work experience in waste management in the GCC or previously in GCC. Valid Driving License.
• Computer literate with all MS Office. Young and energetic, and able to converse and write English /Hindi/Urdu fluently       

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Coordinates the deployment of vehicles and labour continuously and with clients on a regular basis. Maintaining Daily reports.
• Supervision of overall operational functions.
• Obtaining gate passes & permits.
• Complete a Job assessment prior to commence of work & monitoring scheduled progress.
• Reporting structure to management.
• Check the status of maintenance and repair work on vehicles.
• Answer all calls and respond to complaints from the drivers.
• Responsible for the overall supervision of operational functions on a day to day basis.
• Responsible for job analysis and preparing completion report.
• Responsible for preparing and maintaining day to day basis operational reports.
• Responsible for coordinating with the workshop supervisor for vehicle breakdowns.
• Responsible for daily deployment of vehicles and coordination with Drivers and labors for day to day operations.
