Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience:
- 6-8 years’ experience in Planning Department.
- Ability to prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and get certification from clients.
- Good command over the English language.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare project Schedule in Primavera. Prepare and issue the Planning package, coordinate and get the required approval.
- Prepare and issue the weekly Project Progress Report.
- Prepare and issue the Monthly Project Progress Report.
- Prepare and issue the Project Cash flow.
- Prepare and issue the Project Concerns to the Management. Prepare and issue the Resource Histogram.
- Prepare and issue the Man hour Productivity Report.
- Prepare and issue the Recovery planning package where the project is delayed.
- Prepare and issue the Revision planning package where the project is delayed. Provide the required support and backup document for Project Invoicing.
- Adhere to the Company’s HSE Policy
